About Me

street_vision: Hi folks. Welcome to my little spot on the web. I appreciate you taking the time to look at my pictures. For now, I do not have it set up to receive comments. Perhaps later I will do so. If you would like to send me a note, you can email me at jgredline@gmail.com or visit my flickr and leave me a comment there on any image u like. Photography to me is a way of relaxing. To say it is merely a hobby would be an understatement, as it is more of a way of life for me. When I have my camera in hand, I feel most free. It is rare for me to go anyplace with out one. What I love most of all is street photography. RAW street... But having said that, I also love urban street and shooting things like phone booths, cans, news stands, alleys, old building, anything found in the street... Basically urban life.... I shoot mostly in my home town of L.A., but will travel to different places for the sole reason of street shooting. My hope is that I can provide those who view my pictures a sense of being there with me in the scene. The majority of my pictures are up close and personal. Photos farther than 20 feet (6 meters) I consider on the far side for me. 8~)
